FRAMES
The upright frame is constructed from 2.50 mm thick high yield cold
formed special channel, having trapezoidal holes at a regular distance
of 100 mm. The posts are welded by diagonal bracing channel T form an
integral welded frame in variable standard widths and heights. |
BEAMS
Beams are fabricated out of specially shaped channel and anchor plates.
The beam profiles have double flange thickness at the points of maximum
stress, for thigh loading capacity. The beams are available in different
depths and lengths. |
LOCKING DEVICE
Beams & frames are securely locked by mans of locking pins to avoid
dislodgment under load through mishandling. |
BASE PLATE
This will be welded to be upright at the bottom. These base plate will
be grouted to the floor be means of Anchor bolts. |
ROW CONNECTOR
These will be having bolts at the ends & will be bolted to upright
frames.
FASTENERS
All fasteners will be galvanized type and preferably of reputed make. |
SKID CHANNEL
All skid channels are channels with back plate to guide pallets at
proper place & prevent skidding at back. This will be screwed on beam,
individuals as per width of pallets.

PROCESS OF WELDING
The welding done is electric arc or Gas welding and will be as per IS
823 & IS 816. |
PRE – TREATMENT AND PAINTING PROCESS
All components are degreased, derusted and phosphated in 3 in 1
solution/sand blasting, applied with one coat of redoxide primer and
finished with two coats of high quality synthetic air drying enamel
paint of standard make with the color of your choice.
